"Megan Lane was born in West Chester, PA in 1992, but was mainly raised in New York. Growing up in one of the largest art capitals in the world naturally lead to her developing an intense love for art making at an early age, taking her first photographs with a 35mm camera at the age of 12.
No matter the medium, Lane thoroughly enjoys studying and highlighting life's smallest moments, exhibiting the world in a way that rides the line between reality and fantasy.
A Long Island native, she received her BFA in Studio Art (conc. Photography) from Adelphi University in 2014. She is currently the in-house photographer for Kravet, Inc., one of the largest textile companies in the world. Lane has exhibited works in galleries such as the Ruth S. Harley University Center gallery, the Adele and Herbert J. Klapper Center gallery, and the Heckscher Museum of Art over the past 10 years."
